AlgoTweaks does not act as a broker, dealer, investment advisor, or fiduciary in any capacity. No content on this platform should be relied upon as the basis for any financial or investment decision.

2. AI-Generated Content — Important Limitations

Strategies, code, rules, and logic produced or suggested by AlgoTweaks may be generated in whole or in part using artificial intelligence (AI) language models. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is inherently subject to errors, inaccuracies, and outputs that may appear plausible but are factually incorrect, logically flawed, or financially unsound.
• AI models do not have real-time market awareness, and their outputs are not a substitute for professional financial or technical analysis.
• Any strategy or code generated by the platform must be independently reviewed, validated, and tested by the user before being applied in any live or paper trading environment.
• AlgoTweaks makes no representation that AI-generated strategies are complete, correct, profitable, or suitable for any specific market condition or user objective.

3. Third-Party Libraries

This platform incorporates open-source and third-party software libraries that are subject to their own respective licenses and terms. Charts on this platform are powered by TradingView Lightweight Charts, an open-source library licensed under the Apache 2.0 License. AlgoTweaks makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, security, or fitness for purpose of any third-party library or component. Users who build upon or export code from this platform are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable third-party licenses. AlgoTweaks shall not be liable for any damages, vulnerabilities, or losses arising from the use of third-party components.

4. Community-Shared Strategies

AlgoTweaks may provide features that allow users to publish, share, browse, or import trading strategies created by other community members. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Community-shared strategies are user-generated content and have not been reviewed, verified, endorsed, or approved by AlgoTweaks.
• AlgoTweaks makes no representation that any community-shared strategy is accurate, functional, safe to deploy, profitable, or legally compliant in your jurisdiction.
• You assume full responsibility for any community-shared strategy you choose to use, modify, or deploy.
• AlgoTweaks reserves the right to remove community-shared content at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it is determined to violate these terms or applicable law.
• By publishing a strategy to the community, you grant AlgoTweaks a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform, and you represent that you have the right to share it.

5. Backtesting & Past Performance

Backtesting results presented on this platform are simulated and based on historical data. Past performance — whether real or simulated — is not indicative of future results. Backtested results have inherent limitations, including but not limited to:

• No guarantee that historical market conditions will recur
• Potential look-ahead bias in data or logic
• Absence of real-world slippage, commissions, and liquidity constraints
• Survivorship bias in underlying data sources
• Overfitting of strategies to historical data

All backtest results should be treated as hypothetical and illustrative only, and must not be interpreted as a projection or forecast of future performance.

6. Risk of Loss

Trading financial instruments — including stocks, options, futures, forex, cryptocurrencies, and CFDs — involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. AlgoTweaks does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from using the platform.

7. Eligibility

By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater), that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and that you are not prohibited by applicable law from accessing or using investment-related software tools.

8. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All trading decisions made using strategies, signals, or code generated by or on this platform
• Independently reviewing, validating, and testing any AI-generated or community-shared strategy or code before live deployment
• Ensuring that your trading activity and use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction
• Any financial losses, tax obligations, reporting requirements, or legal consequences arising from your use of the platform

9. No Fiduciary Relationship

Use of AlgoTweaks does not create any client-advisor relationship, fiduciary duty, or professional obligation between you and AlgoTweaks or its operators. AlgoTweaks operates as a software provider only and is not a financial services firm.

10. Regulatory Compliance

AlgoTweaks does not provide regulated financial services and is not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution in any jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform, and any trading activity conducted as a result, complies with the laws and regulations of their country or region — including but not limited to securities law, commodities law, tax law, and financial reporting requirements. If you access this platform from a jurisdiction in which algorithmic trading tools or investment-related software are subject to regulatory requirements, you do so at your own risk and on your own initiative, and you are responsible for obtaining any required approvals, licenses, or registrations before use.

11. Modifications to These Terms

AlgoTweaks reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

12. System Reliability & Data Accuracy

AlgoTweaks is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Market data, pricing feeds, and third-party integrations may contain inaccuracies or experience delays. AlgoTweaks shall not be liable for any losses arising from system outages, data errors, execution failures, connectivity issues, or any other technical malfunction.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlgoTweaks and its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or reliance on AI-generated or community-shared content. In no event shall AlgoTweaks's aggregate liability to you for any claim exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to AlgoTweaks in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlgoTweaks and its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, your trading activity, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in a court of law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

17. Privacy

Your use of this platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection requirements, please review our Privacy Policy for information on your rights and our obligations under applicable privacy law.
