By accessing or using AlgoTweaks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Not Financial or Investment Advice

AlgoTweaks provides software tools only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or any regulated financial service. No fiduciary relationship is created between AlgoTweaks and any user. You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions you make using this platform.

3. AI-Generated Content

Strategies, code, rules, and logic may be generated using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are prone to errors, inaccuracies, and hallucinations
• AI models lack real-time market awareness
• All AI-generated content must be independently reviewed before live use
• AlgoTweaks makes no warranty that AI outputs are complete, correct, profitable, or suitable for any specific purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in AlgoTweaks — including its source code, architecture, UI/UX design, rule engine, prompt-to-strategy methodology, and documentation — are the exclusive property of AlgoTweaks. 5. User-Generated Content & Strategies

You retain ownership of strategies and content you create on the platform. By saving or publishing content, you grant AlgoTweaks a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You may not resell or sublicense AI-generated strategies as standalone commercial products.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." AlgoTweaks makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your needs.

7. Backtesting & Hypothetical Performance

Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations. They are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not involve real financial risk, and cannot account for slippage, liquidity, commissions, or emotional factors in actual trading. No representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to those shown in backtests.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoTweaks and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including trading losses or reliance on AI-generated content. In no event shall AlgoTweaks's aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) fees paid by you in the prior 12 months, or (b) USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgoTweaks and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, or damages — including legal fees — arising out of: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your trading decisions made using platform outputs; (d) any content you submit or publish on the platform.

10. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All trading decisions made using platform outputs
• Validating AI-generated strategies before live deployment
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Any financial losses, tax obligations, or legal consequences from your trading activity

11. Regulatory Compliance

AlgoTweaks does not provide regulated financial services and is not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution in any jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable securities laws, tax laws, and financial regulations in their jurisdiction. Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

12. System Reliability & Data Accuracy

AlgoTweaks is not liable for losses arising from system outages, data errors, execution failures, connectivity issues, or third-party data inaccuracies. Market data and third-party integrations may contain errors or delays. Users should not rely solely on platform data for time-sensitive trading decisions.

13. Account Termination

AlgoTweaks reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason, with or without notice.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
